Week Eight! You did it!!
We hope you are so proud, you deserve it. Eight weeks of hard work, intention and self-love. How are you feeling?
While it is bittersweet to be signing off on Recalibrate 2018, we know that for you – this is just the beginning. The habits and lifestyle changes made throughout the last two months were also done through some of the busiest weeks of the year, you’re smooth sailing from here mama!
In our last check-in, we want to send you one final challenge: KEEP GOING. Do it for the extra energy you’ve felt to take on your goals in your day. Do it for the extra clarity you’ve felt to be able to give more of your full self to the loved ones in your life. Do it for the example you’re setting for your family to take care of themselves and the one body they get. Do it for the amazing feeling of knowing that you are giving back and nurturing yourself in the same way that you love and care for all of the others around you. You are deserving and worthy of all of the goodness that comes with having a healthy, strong body – inside and out.
